Demon Slayer season 4 release schedule: When is episode 5 out?
The first four episodes are available to stream now on Crunchyroll.
Demon Slayer season 4 is in full swing.
Following on from the third instalment of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, which charted the Swordsmith Village Arc, the fourth season adheres to the Hashira Training arc.
Tanjiro Kamado and his allies undergo Hashira Training, which is led by the Hashira and designed to prepare the gang for battle against Muzan Kibutsuji.
Tanjiro voice actor Natsuki Hanae spoke with RadioTimes.com exclusively earlier this year and teased that fans will see "a lot more training and action" in the new season, and that fans will be able to "get behind their favourite characters".
Episode 4, titled To Bring a Smile to One's Face, landed on Sunday (2nd June), with Tanjiro making the next stop on his Hashira Training journey.

When is Demon Slayer season 4 episode 5 out?
The fifth episode of Demon Slayer Season 4 is expected to arrive on Crunchyroll on Sunday 9th June, one week after the fourth episode arrived.
The first episode was a one-hour premiere, which has already been released in the form of a movie, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Hashira Training.
The second, Water Hashira – Giyuu Tomioka's Pain, followed Tanjiro, who was resting at the butterfly mansion, as he hunted for answers after receiving a letter from Kagaya.
Demon Slayer season 4 release schedule
The Hashira Training arc is the shortest arc within the Demon Slayer manga series, but what that means for Season 4 is yet to be officially announced. However, we expect this arc to be wrapped up within 7 or 8 episodes, if they decide to end the season there it would make it the shortest season of Demon Slayer yet!
We also expect the episodes to be released weekly, so episode 3 is slated to release one week after the second, on Sunday 26th May.
Here's the schedule for Demon Slayer Season 4 so far. We will update this as the season progresses and we get more information:
- Episode 1: To Defeat Muzan Kibutsuji - Sunday 12th May (out now)
- Episode 2: Water Hashira Giyu Tomioka's Pain – Sunday 19th May (out now)
- Episode 3: Fully Recovered Tanjiro Joins the Hashira Training – Sunday 26th May (out now)
- Episode 4: To Bring a Smile to One's Face – Sunday 2nd June (out now)
- Episode 5 – Sunday 9th June
